Michael Navin is the Founder and CEO of Lumina Marketing. Prior to his new role, he was Founder and CEO Of Element Marketing Group (EMG), which he founded in 2007. In 2014 EMG was acquired by Ogilvy Health, where Michael served as President and CEO of the Market Access Group based in Connecticut until 2018. Since the completion of the Ogilvy merger Michael has served on several boards and charities. He also developed a Venture Capital firm called Stage Road Ventures, where he serves as Chief Investment Officer.

Julia has spent several years in the pharmaceutical industry and began her career specializing in medical aesthetics. She has launched numerous successful campaigns and is well versed in HCP and Patient segments. Driven by her desire to execute on brand objectives, she takes pride in providing the best client experience possible.

As a Creative Director/Copywriter with over 25 years of experience, Jamie has an extensive background in brand development, creative execution and advertising across an array of industries – including, but not limited to: healthcare, sports and entertainment, fitness and wellness, spirits, luxury goods, banking, and higher education. He maintains expertise in leading creative development and crafting unique messaging for both consumer and trade segments, and is adept at styling the appropriate tone for any desired audience. Jamie attended both Yale University and Cornell University, where he played, and captained, the varsity baseball team.

Howard applies his 30 years of experience in four interrelated areas: real estate, electronic transactions, corporate law and employment law. Howard’s corporate practice includes advising and assisting small to mid-sized companies in their entrepreneurial endeavors. In this area, he concentrates on company formations, shareholder and operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Howard attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received a B.S. in Economics in 1977.

Tony has over 30 years of experience providing accounting and business consulting services to business owners and individuals. He is deeply committed to providing world-class service including financial statement preparation, tax planning and preparation, and financial consulting services to a wide array of business and individual clients. Outside of the office, Tony is very active in community and professional organizations. Tony attended Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut and received his Bachelor of Accounting.
