Michael Navin serves as the founder and CEO of Lumina. Prior to Lumina, Mr. Navin started a successful marketing agency in 2007 that helped Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturers with the commercialization of their therapies. Mr. Navin served as CEO until his agency was acquired by one of the largest global advertising companies in the world. Having launched hundreds of brands in conjunction with operationalizing and scaling his own agency, Mr. Navin understands the access and affordability challenges patients face. Regardless of whether you’re marketing a reference brand, biosimilar, cell. gene, or digital therapy, he cultivated the experienced team at Lumina to help our life sciences' clients overcome the toughest barriers that prevent your therapies from getting into the hands of the patients that need them.

Seana is a life sciences leader with proven results in organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and account, product, and people management.  Leveraging her 25+ years of industry experience supporting over 100 product launches, she provides insights on commercialization strategies across the product lifecycle. Seana has a passion for developing people and driving positive change through cross-functional collaboration and has won numerous awards for leading transformational initiatives. She has been responsible for product and access marketing, business development, market research, sales training, and building and scaling high-performing teams that target payers, employers, HCPs, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, and B2B sales. Her experience spans medical and pharmacy benefit therapies, from biosimilars and gene therapies to devices and DME, across therapeutic areas including immunology, neurology, oncology, obesity, and rare disease.

Ted has 20+ years’ experience as a Market Access Director with extensive strategy development and execution at National Healthcare Accounts which include Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), National and Regional Payers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Large Provider Groups. His career includes market access experience in large pharmaceutical companies such as, Bristol Myers-Squibb and Organon, along with start-up commercial launch experience at Zymogenetics, Scynexis, and Heron Therapeutics in recent years. Market Access expertise includes Commercial, Medicare (Part B and D), Medicaid (Managed Medicaid and FFS), 340B, Pharmacy and Medical Policy, Buy and Bill and Specialty Pharmacy markets segments.

Richard has 25+ years of experience with mid-to-large size life science companies including Upjohn, Pharmacia, Pfizer and Astellas. He held leadership roles in the Commercial division within Sales, Operations, Corporate Strategy, Training, Mentoring, Coaching, Brand Marketing and Market Access. He has a proven track record of crafting data-driven strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating robust channel partnerships to deliver go-to-market and post-launch commercialization plans in numerous therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Urology, Immunology, Ophthalmology, Respiratory, CNS, and Cardiovascular. For the past two years, he has been partnering with both Commercial and Medical leaders to develop business plans and strategies to optimize early and broad patient access for launch and in-line brands, with a primary focus in both brand marketing and market access across all customer segments including HCPs, Payers, IDNs, GPOs, Reimbursement, and Trade Channel Distribution.

Tom Knox has provided leadership in all Market Access, Reimbursement, and Health Policy aspects for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device organizations. Tom’s long history of cross-functional leadership positions allows him to guide clients in balancing the complex interplay of Payers, Health Care Professionals, and Patients. His in-depth knowledge of access and reimbursement assists organizations with the development of strategy to strengthen their pipeline and in market portfolio. Prior to starting Fathom Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and collaborating with Lumina, Tom worked as Vice President, Managed Markets, Health Policy & Government Affairs for Allergan, Inc. During his 9+ years at Allergan, Tom was responsible for strategy and execution related to reimbursement and policy - supporting business units in Ophthalmology, Neurology, Urology, Medical Dermatology, and Medical Aesthetics.
